The FRECH Team

After filling the walls with sticky notes and discussing for a while, we'd like to introduce you to our personas Margaret and Luiz! After this we are moving on to the storyboard for the 3rd Mini Challenge. Looks like we are catching up whith AEST!!

While it's getting late afternoon in Australia, it's 9am in Germany, so time for breakfast! Thanks to Caros parents for helping with the food! Brainstorming on what we could do is going on in the meantime...

We're now trying to define our problem. So we're busy putting sticky notes on, well, a picture. Don't have a whiteboard over here :D

We started a little later than the other groups, but that's due to our time zone. In Germany the topic was posted at 2am and we didn't really see a way to get up at that time without being a zombie! We'll see in the next hours, if that was wise or not... Now we're already 2 hours into the competition, reading the papers given to us, filling in a google sheet to collaborate. We've got some amount of coffee and Mate already, and soon it's going to be time for breakfast over here. We're gonna start ideating now. See you!

Just 2 more hours until the challenge starts.  We are going to work from Germany and Spain, and this means that for us the challenge starts at 2am... so we'd better get some sleep before the time comes! No worries, our supplies of chocolate, drinks, sticky notes and markers are ready!

FRECH - that's us, five students from the University of Rhine-Waal in Kamp-Lintfort, Germany: Fahmida Zahan (Bangladesh) Raquel Olarte (Spain) Evan Burton (US) Carolin Meier (Germany) Hadi Skeini (Germany) While we have different cultural and disciplinary backgrounds, we all decided to study the Master program Usability Engineering. We joined this competition, because we are always up to a challenge! And we still want to learn how to create great UX and there's no better way to learn it than to simply do it! So we simply use any opportunity to do it. So we're absolutely looking forward to get our heads into it, being creative and put sticky notes everywhere! And now we feel ready for this challenge, although not that ready for the little amount of sleep we'll get. But anyway, let's do it!
